Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to:

  • The United States (contiguous U.S., with limited service to some remote areas)
  • Canada and selected international destinations (where available at checkout)

If your country or region does not appear at checkout, shipping is not yet available for that location.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Typical estimated transit times after your order has shipped are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): approximately 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (where available): approximately 2–4 business days
  • Canada & International: approximately 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
  • You can also reach out through our live chat assistant on the website for help understanding your tracking status.

All final delivery scans and status updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and destination.

  • Any applicable sales tax for U.S. orders will be displayed at checkout.
  • For international shipments, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your country’s authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not able to predict or control customs-related charges or delays.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we may issue a refund for the product price once the parcel is received back, minus any applicable shipping costs.
  • If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been shipped.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered the shipping process.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur.

  • If your tracking shows “In Transit” for an extended period, we recommend waiting a few extra days, as local processing or customs checks may be in progress.
  • If your order still has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will review the case with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate solution in line with our store and marketplace policies.

Claims for non-delivery must be reported within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

8. Orders Placed via Marketplaces

If you purchased Nexgen Prime Market products through Amazon, Walmart, or another online marketplace, the shipping and delivery terms shown on that platform apply to your order.

  • Please refer to your marketplace order details for the promised delivery window.
  • Refunds and replacements for marketplace orders are processed in accordance with that platform’s policies.
