What if my tracking shows no movement or my package is late?

For orders placed directly on nexgenprimemarket.com, most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. How do I request a return or refund?

Are your products dishwasher safe and food-safe?
Product care varies by item. Many of our stainless steel and glass products are dishwasher safe, while some wooden or coated tools should be washed by hand.
